Ron has teamed up with arranger Pete Kelly to create an album of early-learning and fun news songs for the legendary children's entertainer, Dave Benson Phillips.

Dave has been touring across the UK with his show Get Up And Go and has appeared at the Edinburgh Festival. Despite the pressures on his time, he has recorded a lovely album of completely original children's songs with Ron and Pete. This new album demonstrates Dave's vast talent as a comic actor and as a vocalist.

Pete and Dave have worked with each other before, and getting together with Ron created "Just the right chemistry," as Pete puts it. "Dave is a true professional and understands exactly what is needed for this very special project," he adds.

The trio were also delighted to be able to work with the Showshack Children, talented young performers from the Surrey-based Show Shack Theatre School. "These children are really special and bring a lot of fun and magic to the songs," Ron says.

The album was recorded at Earth Terminal Studios in Odiham, Hampshire.
